The first position is Executive Director Exploration, for which the required educational qualification is a Master’s degree or a four-year Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Geology, Geophysics, or Geosciences. However, candidates with higher education will be given preference.

The second position is Executive Director Production, for which the required educational qualification is a Master’s degree or a four-year Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: 

1. Geology

2. Geophysics or

3. Geoscience

However, candidates with higher education will be given preference.

• The maximum age limit is 55 years.
  
  

• Educational qualifications and experience (as per the newspaper advertisement): The candidate must be a retired Army officer with a minimum rank of Brigadier.
  
  

• The candidate should have 24 years of service with a good record, must have completed the Pakistan Staff Course, and should have experience working in an intelligence setup.
  
  

• Additionally, the tenure for the Executive Director position is 3 years, which may be extended later.
